ok my whole backside hurts but nothing broken its kind of a sticky situation suing your own car ins. co. a guy from the other business saw me fall when i got up to go pay my in bill he can-=me out and put ice melt on it what do i do?

You have to be damaged in order to successfully sue. Your butt hurts but that will go away in the next day or so. You have no broken bones. You have no medical bills. What are you going to sue for? Your embarrassment over a pratfall? I don’t think you have a cause of action that can be successfully pursued.r
