So, my hair is light brown but, there’s some black and dark brown mixed in there for old dye.. I don’t like blonde hair but I just love platinum hair, I want the color to be exactly like Abbey Lee Kershaw’s hair <3 anyways, I don't know anything about bleaching or anything... what do I do? what do I use? I would like it to be cheap please. And no, I can't go the the hairdressers, it's not an option. Thanks everyone!

You’ll have to bleach it over and over again until its the color you want. And deep condition your hair afterward because bleach will dry it out really bad.
