You have to be damaged in order to successfully sue. Your butt hurts but that will go away in the next day or so. You have no broken bones. You have no medical bills. What are you going to sue for? Your embarrassment over a pratfall? I don’t think you have a cause of action that can be successfully pursued.r

Ah what does your auto insurance have to do with a slip and fall? Are you saying you slipped and fell in the parking lot where your car insurer is located?
If so, you can file a claim against the landlord/owner of the property. They likely have medical payment coverage for medical expenses incurred as a result of an accident. Payment is made regardless of fault. If you are seeking compensation beyond medical expenses, you need to prove the business owner/party in control of the property was negligent. The simple fact you slipped on an untreated area does not make the business owner automatically liable. In some states, this would be considered a “natural accumulation” of ice/snow”. No liability can be attached since the condition is not considered a defect. No defect, no duty to warn.
You want to sue someone because you hurt your ass? Unless you have some sort of medical report saying a bruised ass caused you to miss work you don’t have much of a case. Was the entire parking lot covered in ice or only that one section? If it was that small section did you not see the ice? If you did why didn’t you go around it?
Unless the insurance company owns the parking lot you have no case against your auto insurer. Your beef is with the property owner.
