Candidates for Franklin Township Advisory Board

Candidate 1

Andrew Hearrell - District 3 

Andrew Hearrell has lived in Franklin Township for the past  9 years. He was born and raised on the Southside of Indianapolis in the town of Homecroft. He has been employed by the Franklin Township Fire Department where he currently serves in the capacity of Lieutenant. Andy has been married for 10 years. He has 3 children who all attend Franklin Township Schools.

One of the major reasons Andy is running for Franklin Township Advisory Board is placing accountability back in township government.

Candidate 2

Todd Colip - District 5

Todd Colip and his wife, Rachel, are both lifelong residents of Franklin Township and graduates of Franklin Central High School. Todd and his wife have four children. Todd and his wife have four children. Todd owns and runs Vision Mortgage Corporation and Vision Real Estate Advisors, which are located in Franklin Township.

Todd is actively involved in our Community and believes that change is needed in our Township Government.

Candidate 3

Tim Back - District 6

Tim has lived in Franklin Township for the past 22 years. Tim is a business owner of an Insurance Agency, which is located in Franklin Township. He and his wife, who is a life long resident of Franklin Township have four beautiful children.

Tim has held numerous leadership positions in an array of organizations in the community from which he hopes to utilize his knowledge on the advisory board. 

Tim looks forward to the honor of serving as a board member in the community.
